As our operator answered on our website, it is really impossible to make a payment to the card number that you indicated in your exchange.
Now we will re-make a payment to this card.
In case of failure, we will refund the coin without any problems, or make a payment to an alternative card.
Our exchange service is in no way interested in deceiving our users!
First the support said the money would arrive in 3 working days. As of now 4 working days have passed (and 2 non working days) and I still haven't received anything.
Today I contacted the support again. They asked for my bank statement as a proof that the money hadn't arrived yet. I sent it to them and they assured me that everything was under control and they were working to resolve my issue ASAP. Still they didn't say when the money would arrive.
Overall I'm deeply disappointed in this exchanger. The processes are very opaque and as a customer I feel that I was not properly informed about the risks. Not to mention that this experience undermined my trust in BestChange.
I would advise to use another exchanger unless you can afford to wait forever for your money to arrive. Thankfully, there are many good options available.

So far your support typed to me only, that you guys don't have any physical address or office after I asked where you guys registered. Then your support said that there is no better country than Ukraine, which I agree with, but I don't understand how is that relevant and why you wasting my time on that. If I would like to have a political conversation I would go to a discussion club, not to exchange my money.
I'm Ukrainian and I sent the funds to my PrivatBank Ukrainian card, any FATF regulations don't Ukrainians.

I haven't seen any evidence to back up what you're saying, this money couldn't have been blocked by any legit cryptocurrency platform. If you send money to incomprehensible platforms, you do not need to shift the responsibility for this to me. Kindly provide me with proof that those funds have been frozen by Binance, Huobi etc. If you mean, that you are the one who frozen those funds I have to let you know that you don't have any legal reason to do that, and your actions are unlawful.

WhiteBite is not a banking organization in Ukraine and does not have any authority to block my money, same as WxMoney.
I'm trying to find those names in the list of banking organizations in Ukraine, but it's unsuccessful.

I had a problem with an exchange USDT TRC20 -> Payoneer. I left a message in the chat at ~23:00, and they solved a problem in less than 15 minutes.
