I’m really frustrated and stressed. My 1.4 BTC (~$150k) transaction on XChangic has been stuck since July 7, and even though I sent all requested documents, videos, and proofs, my funds are still frozen.
They keep blaming a third-party, won’t give me contact info, and promised timelines keep getting extended. Meanwhile, my money is tied up, I can’t invest, and I’m the one losing out.
Here’s a quick timeline of what happened:
July 7: XChangic asked for ID, bank statement, and proof of address.
July 14: I sent all requested documents.
July 17: They requested video verification and proof of property ownership; I submitted everything, including Bitcoin wallet screenshots.
After July 17: They promised a response in 4 weeks, but my funds weren’t released, and they kept repeating document requests.
August 19-20: They said a third-party is causing the delay and confirmed my funds are frozen by them.
September 11-15: I asked for third-party contact info; they refused, claimed funds are safe, but still no clear timeline.
My money is tied up, I can’t invest, and I’m the one losing out. This delay is unfair and causing serious financial damage. Please, I need this looked at urgently and my funds released.
