I wanted to exchange USDT TRC20 to Russian rubles. The order was created on April 8, 2025, around 20:40, and fully paid at 20:42 — the funds were sent to the specified wallet. The order updated its status to indicate that the system received the information that I transferred the money, and it has been stuck in that status ever since. It’s been five days, and the funds haven’t been sent, nothing is changing.
I contacted support — at first, they promised to process the transfer on April 9 during the working day. That didn’t happen. I contacted them again on April 10, and they gave me a generic response: “technical issues, tomorrow or the day after, we don’t know.”
I asked if they could refund the funds — they said, “due to technical issues, a refund is unlikely too,” even though it should literally take 5 seconds to do it manually.
I wrote again — no response. Their replies are slow and rare.
I also sent an email requesting a refund on the evening of April 9 — I haven’t even received a reply, let alone a resolution.
It’s been 5 days — these are critically important funds, and nobody can tell me where they are. The problem isn’t being solved, and support has gone silent, as if the money has just been lost or stolen.
