the order i created it has been 0.7 Btc to 330.4663 Xmr.
I sent the 0.7 Btc but it came only 324.04991, It's a very big difference, i miss the 800 in usd!
the xmr/btc rate didn't go up or down to much since that time, its almost flat curve for the last 24 hours for xmr to btc rate.
Even right now the 0.7 Btc is 341 xmr — this is what showing this service site, but when you start exchanging it this guys just make it way down lower in the end. That is just fraud, i really not recommend to deal with them!

Greetings to all. I did create order for BTC to USDT at 01.03.24 but CryptoPay24 has block my exchange and block my money, they did ask about KYC and i did sent them everything at this day. Now almost week has passed and they didn’t give me money back, also they don’t tell me when i will get it or tell me what’s going on. Exchange Whitebit doesn’t solve problems so long, it’s not EU bank what needs 5 years to do anything. Also i’ve noticed a lot of reviews of users who also didn’t got money from CryptoPay24, and also are waiting too long. I Ask bestchange administrator to look at this exchange and do anything please, since bestchange known as good and trusted service, but this exchange proof that’s is not good anymore. I am waiting my money already almost a week, i did pass KYC, but i can’t wait unlimited time, i need my money back, please. With best regards Lauris.

I transferred the amount of BTC to their address yet the transaction alas got frozen. Well, okay, I requested my funds back but they provided my whole info about me including my bank details and id. I would like to get my BTC asap.

It's been over 1 hour since I bought 0.0212 BTC using Payer USD and the BTCs haven't been sent yet to my address.
