I purchased 2000 USDT using my bank card. The funds were deducted, and the payment was successfully processed. However, 20 minutes later, I received an email about a refund.

I have not yet received any funds back, and I am told that the refund will only be processed after 5 days, with a $70 USD commission deducted.

- Why hasn't the service blocked any Visa cards from countries where issues have occurred?
- Why has the service taken the funds and continued operating without any problems?
- Why isn't BestChange responding to such cases? I can provide all the necessary information regarding this issue.

Before use this exchanger, think about lost or freeze your funds for prolong period. And provide profit for service as your commission for nothing.

I have not received yet refund or USDT. More than 24 hours passed already. Absolutely rude support from BTCBit Exchanger and no any actions done. They informed only about “Wait and keep commission ” without doing any transactions.

Require to cross check information about exchanger and confirm their dummy registered addresses in Estonia and Poland.

I have made mistake, because did not check reviews below, there is a lot complains from users.

I have purchased USDT at 15.08.24 by my Plastic Card *** and still did not receive nothing back or my USDT.

I have provided all information more than a week ago on the first request.
I can share all required information with you as well to official email.
I have passed KYC, Address residency and all required procedures. If need, I can provide documents for AML policy, but I have lost funds more than Half of Month on the Bbit Exchanger, and still no any chance to receive back so small sum. This is absolutely insane. I have made exchange with another exchanger with summ more than 10k, and without any problem.

This is the first time of all my entire life my account is verified and then they come back to say no it's unverified finally we rejected the selfie do another. This is just ridiculous and unrespectful. An account is verified once not several times. You btcbit.net do not respect your customers and does not respect your business too. I have never seen this before some hours earlier my account is verified and now you write an email back saying it was verified but we decided to require another selfie after all. What is this? Why best exchange are leading us to these kind of exchangers that ever do not know how to process a valid KYC. This is disgusting I'm disappointed I think you guys do not deserve it at all.

As for the license, you can see that our Estonian branch (Eesti filiaal) has received it. The register number of the branch is different form the main registered in Poland.
If you would learn the T&C in advance, you would know that not complying with a document request leads to blocking the account.
Our T&C are always available. According to them, our customers can request a refund of incomplete invoice at any time. This right is secure.
Your refund has been processed on the same day when the account was blocked. In any of similar cases our customers always receive their refunds.
We regret that we will not be able to provide you our services anymore.

We did check online but no relevant results apart from bad reviews in trust pilot and other site reviewers. The license should be from Krakow Poland not from Estonia. It's the same game for company claiming to be registered in UK while they are registered in Cyprus.
You cannot give your name because you know that you were the oppressor from the unlawful side.
I repeat it again you blocked my bocked the account because of your frustration and hardness that's unbelievable oh god why such guys are around!

Weird and bad service! For exchange operation BTC to RUB was given 15 minutes to send BTC. I tried to do it quickly by sending with high fee but I didn't make it in time and operation was canceled. I wrote to support and found out that operation will take 1 - 5 business day!
After 2 days I'm tired of waiting and I wrote to support. They send me to mail this message:
According to the BTCBIT internal policy and EU legislation regarding AML rules your selling invoice can not be processed by our side

I asked why and they wrote me some bullshit:
"Please note that the e-wallet address from which you sent cryptocurrency arises suspicious if it belongs to you, as well as it not connected in the illegality.
In the future it will be investigated in cooperation with the responsible person."
WTF!

They returned my BTC back but a little less than I sent.
Do not recommend this service to anyone.

I did a transaction of 400 euros on this website and completed the verification process to get the BTC.

but for the further purchase we gave all my documents for verification..

I got a confirmation email from the website that my purchase limit has increased to buy more BTC and verification successful

but when I was trying to buy more BTC then we website stating that my user is banned...

I had a chat with the representative with the website and they do not convey the reason that why they banned my user.

They are one of the worst companies out there. They need 4 documents for the verification. I have 2 days for 4 documents. The live chat told me that I need only the ID and everything is good as the other documents are accepted. I send the ID then they decline all the other documents verified before and approve only the ID. They do this for 2 days. They are one of the worst that always give problems to people. I don't recomand.
