First what I did it I contacted your support team. I provide the statement from the recipient account that money didn't arrived. I was assured by you support team that money will be sent and they provide me a transfer receipt. But money wasn't send and now they asking to me to prove that I didn't receive anything, which I did already, otherwise they will not complete the transaction! And because of this inappropriate behavior I raised this issue here! So please do me a favor and complete my transfer or make a refund of what had last! Hope for your understanding and prompt reply! Allow me please to introduce you the chronological order of what was happened if you are not care to check it yourself:
November 5 2025 at 6:19pm (GTM -5).
November 6 2025 I received the text from a recipient that just a part of the transfer was arrived to her account. At about 10:25am (GTM -5) I sent you her account statement clearly showing that money not arrived. And also you can see there that first transaction you made was at 7:45am (GTM +3) and the last one she received was at 9:42am (GTM +3)
The proof of transfer that your colleague had provided to me shows that you made that transfer on Nov 6 2025 at 8:53am (GTM +3).
So considering tie difference from the moment you sent the money and to the moment I provided you with the statement 12 hours had passed.
Another thing is that your colleague give me so called proof of transfer next day after saying this is the recent statement that Monet was sent.
Now please try to explain me how could it be possible that I didn't shown you actual statement? Or you want me to send you a new statement every day until and we both know it money will be returned to the sender account in about a week or two?
I'm really glad that you following the script and do as you directed by your company rules, but from the other side it shows to me that there is no sense for me to continue this conversation with you, since you can't take any decision in a "out of the script" situation and also you don't care about your company reputation, as well as about my.
So kindly asking you to not close the case as solved and keep it open until the BC agents will step in.

Btw, I received today a text from the client that money not arrived!
This is absolutely horrible support and I take any actions I can to let other people know what troubles they will face in a problem situation working with you.
