I have made the payment over an hour ago, but the order hasn't been processed. Then I realized that the customer service was offline, and the Telegram username provided on the website was “can not be find”. I sent an email but received no reply. So I'm curious, is this website still functioning normally?

Order #** has been in the “processing by operator” status for an hour and a half already, and support is not responding.

Very weird exchanger. I've sent money to the specified wallet and the order status just froze for an hour and still nothing happened.

I paid the order in Usdt as asked, i also got the confirmation that the funds where received by the exchange, however an hour has already passed and nobody is replying to me from the tech support on when my payment will be completed, i am expecting the exchange to go fast please as i have currently have no other funds to use.

An exchange request was submitted through you, your support team said they would make the exchange as soon as possible, but after 2 hours nothing had been done. Your support team wrote that the money would be available within an hour, but after another couple of hours your support team stopped responding altogether, with no money and no answers.
