Successful USDC-SBP transfer.

The only concern was that the recipient’s address is marked as medium risk in AML systems.

There was an exchange from Volet USD to T-Bank on January 20, 2026. Several months after this transaction, I was summoned to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation because the person from whose bank account the transfer was made filed a police report claiming that he had made the transfer under the influence of scammers.

As a result, a criminal case was opened by the police with approximately 100 persons involved, including myself, on suspicion of fraud. Despite the fact that I proved to the investigator that the transaction was a legitimate exchange of funds, the case has still not been closed, I have not been removed from it, and my account/number has not been restored.

I am ready to provide the BestChange administration with documents confirming the initiation of this criminal case, including official documents, correspondence with the investigator, and the specific payment regarding which the complaint was filed.

I demand that Payget be fully blocked on the BestChange platform, because this is not a P2P exchanger where an individual user can simply file a complaint. It is a full-fledged exchange service, which must be responsible for the origin and legitimacy of the funds it uses.

We withdraw honestly earned money and sometimes go through AML checks, while exchangers like this can do whatever they want, even to the point of creating real risks of criminal prosecution. God willing, I will be able to defend myself against this, but the very fact of this situation is, to put it mildly, deeply disturbing.

As my lawyer explained to me, after this, that person may also be able to file a civil lawsuit to recover the money.
