I suppose the guy in charge of the account from wich they send the money, need to confirm the transaction. It is already the third day, and they ignored my last request to speed up. Not serious at all.

Your last transfer was sent on the same day as the main amount. The bank sent the payment for processing, we cannot control this in any way and are not responsible for the bank holding the transfer. Indeed, the situation turned out to be unpleasant, but we cannot control this issue.

I replied that this wasn’t enough to cover the 2400 EUR they were supposed to transfer (on the exchange that was around 2816 USDT, and the best rate on BestChange was 2798 USDT). Then they claimed that they had supposedly tried to send the money twice, but both times it was blocked and that my bank details were to blame, so they shouldn’t have to return the full amount. Of course, they didn’t provide any proof, and it’s very easy to disprove because two other transactions totaling 4858 EUR were successfully transferred to my account.
Also, if you look up reviews about the sender’s bank (the transaction description says it was sent from My Genome), you can find plenty of complaints about unfairly frozen and canceled transfers. It’s obvious that their bank is at fault here, but they don’t want to admit it, which is leading to me losing about 40 USDT in total, if they don’t refund the full amount (2400 EUR at the current rate). They also said themselves that their bank blocks or freezes every tenth transaction.
Anyway, they’ve now asked me to send them new bank details so they can transfer the remaining amount in euros, but it’s already been 4 hours and I haven’t heard back from them. There is two ways of resolving this issue: sending me the remaining 2400 euros to another bank details, or sending me the 2400 euros in usdt within the current exchange rate, wich is 2806 usdt. I preffer the second way because there is a high risk of the transaction being held again by their bank.

Eventually, next day I got to speak to someone who at 9 30 am said they would do the transfer. It is 12 30 and they haven't done it yet. I never had such a problem with any other exchanges on Best Exchange. Totally unacceptable.
Their rules do not say that transfer will be made in maximum of 24h as they claim as well
It has been more than 12 h since I placed order according to their rules
Clause 5.12:
“If the User has not received the funds due within 12 hours from the Application creation time, they have the right to demand its cancellation and a refund.”
