I exchanged 319 for XMR. After the exchanger received the funds, the page showed a 404 error. Support responded that it was a cache issue. I tried again an hour later, but they simply ignored me. Support only responded six hours later! Now they're citing problems with the liquidity provider and issues with the Monero network. The last block was registered more than two hours ago, meaning six hours passed from the moment I paid for the request before the network issues arose, which they can now attribute to. Sorry, but this is a scam.

Issue has been fully resolved
Imagine you go to bestchange, choose a couple of cryptocurrencies to exchange, see this exchanger, go ahead and make the transfer (absolutely everyone has 10 network confirmations +-30 minutes). After 30 minutes, you get nervous and write to support asking what happened, and they tell you that you need 150 confirmations (9 hours +-). There is absolutely no mention of 150 confirmations anywhere on the website, not even in small print.
Next time you want to use this exchange service, ask yourself if you are prepared to wait several hours, as this is quite typical practice for this exchange. I would get my money faster by pigeon post.

By the way, I also chose the fastest shipping time (+- 10 minutes) and paid for it out of my own pocket. I wish they would at least write somewhere on their fucking website about the 150 confirmations. just chillin with only 8 hours and 50 minutes.
