Exchanged USDT ERC20 to RUB. They promised payment within 30–180 minutes, but in reality, the funds arrived after 14 hours and in multiple smaller transactions. No documents or AML check were requested, yet they kept citing a “bank issue” as the reason for the delay. Eventually, they paid in full, but I will not use this exchanger again.

According to Section 3.2 of our service’s user agreement, semi-automatic requests are processed within 24 hours, while manual requests may take up to 36 hours. The service is not liable for delays caused by technical issues.
In some cases, delays may occur due to banking processes, which, unfortunately, are beyond our control.
In this instance, the initial transfers were declined by the bank, and the payment was then placed under internal processing. At this stage, the transaction can either be credited to the recipient or returned to the sender, and cancellation is no longer possible.
We have been in constant communication with the bank to expedite the process. As soon as the funds were returned to the sender’s account, we immediately initiated a repeat transfer. The funds have now been successfully credited to your account.
