Pardon me but your brushing this off as "Claim solved" isn't put correctly. The matter hasn't been resolved, and I sent you an email with the required "feedback". I haven't received shit to my PayPal, the issue persists, and the issue isn't with PayPal.

We are resending our request: please provide a screenshot of your wallet’s transaction history for the relevant period via email.
Additionally, please record a video showing how you log into the wallet and enter the transaction ID in the history section. The video must clearly show the recipient wallet you accessed for identification purposes.

The funds were successfully sent from our side to the wallet address you specified when creating the exchange request. No return of funds has been received.

Jujansolo, The screenshots do not show which account you are checking the transfer on. We have verified the information on our PayPal, and the transfer has been completed successfully. There is no information about the payment being frozen and we have not received a refund.

Jujansolo, You wrote to us by email with the details to which you wanted to receive funds. We responded to you by email, please check the letter. The details you specified in the application differ by 1 digit. The funds were sent to the details you specified. We contacted the technical support of the payment system, the funds were sent successfully. If you specified incorrect details, unfortunately, we cannot help you. We are also still waiting for a video confirmation from you, where the wallet details and the absence of receipt are visible, but we still have not received information from you.

The correct address is indeed in the application, which is [email protected], not with a 1 digit number, that was a typo on my part when I was writing the letter, disregard that. As shown in the screenshot, the correct address is indeed [email protected] not with a digit.

So, again, you have not resolved my issue, in fact you're in deeper now, because it seems to me that you keep coming up with excuses. Please answer to this claim and fix the issue and refund me the money that you took and are refusing to pay back, even though it's my right and your mistake, which you wouldn't admit. Send me a receipt via PayPal to confirm transaction with the transaction ID NOW.

P.s.: I used the same address to send a different transaction via a different platform and it worked. Yours didn't. It's a mistake on your part.

I showed you screenshots of PayPal and your own portal/platform. You showed me some fake screenshot from an unknown website. Send me a legit, official PayPal account transaction screenshot.if you can't do that, you're a scammer and a liar, and you're a thief.

I haven't received anything. I don't understand what the issue is, it took some from my Binance account and it said it's successful, but nothing reached my PayPal.
