The claim's status has been changed to neutral by the monitor's administration
I transferred my funds through IMexchanger.
I made the transfer in installments of the total amount to ensure the safety of my funds. So if I got my address wrong or there was a failure, I wouldn't lose all my funds at once!
On the third transaction my funds were frozen and the IMexenger operator required me to explain the reasons for splitting the transfer amount and go through the verification procedure.
After sending all the required data and explaining the reasons for splitting the funds, the operator informed me that verification would take 7 working days.
However, it is the seventh working day today, and they say that the verification is not completed yet.
In the end, they started telling me that seven days is the average time frame and that there are no time limits for verification!

The exchanger is cheating while doing the exchange! I received less on ~450 usd when i did xmr to ethereum thats a big loss for me, thats why i choose a feedback type of complaint because i didnt receive the whole money as it was in the order.

When i started the transaction for 461 xmr it was 42.99
It was 10 confirms on blockchain and their site has been refreshing the rate keeping it between 42.96-42.99.
I monitored it from different PC with different IP just for any case and the rate for 461 xmr it was also 42.9
Right after they said me they have sent the eth to my wallet i received only 42.6 eth.
After i asked where is my missing 0.3 eth they said refresh the page what i did.
Right after i refreshed that the rate for my order is changed to 42.6 and status set to confirm.
And now they are telling me the stories about the rate went down for that high amount, it never went down such big,
i had monitored that curve in real time, and even while im typing this text i can see from other account its still 42.9 ethereum if you send 461. But for my finished order they wont send me the missing 0.3 eth

I really DON'T recomend to deal with that cheaters!

i had monitored that curve in real time

When the 1 confirmation passed i let you know, you didnt react, even when it was 10 confirmations i asked you why dont you send the eth you said wait for 10-15 minutes , so either way its your fault that you wait for so long time not sending me my ethereum while the rate is going up and down.

But no matter how the rate on the site you send is acted, the rate on YOUR site was 461 = 42.9 ETH before the confirmtaions , after the 10 confirmations. And after you sent me just 42.6 your site has been showing the 461 is the 42.9 ETH for anyone other but not for my PC. I have checked it from other locations other PC.

So here is what you do: You just keep the high rate before the order is made just to get on top at BESTCHANGE.COM and after someone comes to you to make an order you just drop the rate down , then tell the stories that the rate gone down on WhiteBIT. And then you still keep the old high rate for other ones just to be on top at the bestchange.com to get your new victims!

When your XMR was credited, it was automatically sold. The amount was quite large and this caused a sharp decrease in the exchange rate, due to which we received less funds. Immediately after that, the XMR rate returned to its previous value, so the exchange rate remained the same. It is impossible to sell a large amount of cryptocurrency without changing the rate.

I lost my money now.
They ask too much docs to contiune the exchange...
1. Photo of one of your documents (passport, ID-card or driving license). 2. A selfie with this document and a sheet on which today's date and signature will be handwritten. 3. Through which platform did the funds come to you? If possible, please provide screenshots from the withdrawal history of the sender's wallet/platform, as well as links to both transactions in the explorer. 4. What service you received funds for. 5. How much the transaction was for, and the date and time of the transaction. 6 What contact person did you use to communicate with the sender of the funds?
They ask these AFTER i PAID ofcourse...
And they can't make refund.. :) Ofcourse..
Keep my money is not risk, but exchange has too many risk..
