I would like to file a complaint regarding the exchanger PayMarket.
I made a USDT exchange through their website, and after sending my funds they falsely claimed that my transaction “failed AML verification”. They demanded that I either complete KYC verification after the payment was already made or agree to a forced deduction of 5% from the amount.
They also provided a suspicious AML report from getblocked.net, which is not a recognized AML service. I checked my wallet through *** and other tools — there were no AML issues at all.
This suggests that their AML report is fabricated and used as a pretext to block or *** customer funds.
At this moment, PayMarket refuses to complete the exchange unless I comply with their unreasonable demands. I believe this behavior is *** and violates the rules of BestChange and fair-exchange standards.
Please review this exchanger and take the necessary actions to protect users.

Ïðåäîñòàâëåííûé âàìè îò÷¸ò (getblocked net) íå îòíîñèòñÿ ê ïðèçíàííûì AML-ïðîâàéäåðàì (Chainalysis, Crystal, ScoreChain, AMLBot). Ìîé àäðåñ áûë ïðîâåðåí ÷åðåç íåçàâèñèìûå ñåðâèñû, âêëþ÷àÿ Cryptomus, — íèêàêèõ ðèñêîâ íå îáíàðóæåíî. Ýòî îçíà÷àåò, ÷òî âàø «AML-ôåéë» — èñêóññòâåííûé è èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ äàâëåíèÿ.
Âàøè äåéñòâèÿ ïîëíîñòüþ ñîâïàäàþò ñ ìíîãî÷èñëåííûìè æàëîáàìè äðóãèõ êëèåíòîâ:

After my transaction was allegedly flagged for AML issues, they forced me to complete a full KYC verification through Sumsub.
After I passed KYC, they replied that “the review usually takes up to 24 hours and refunds take up to 10 days.” But the moment I agreed to a 5% deduction, they returned the funds instantly — literally within minutes.
This clearly shows what their real goal is: they will invent any excuse — AML check, KYC, delays, “manual review”, 10-day refund periods — just to pressure you into accepting the 5% loss. As a result of this scam tactic, I am now forced to reissue my passport to protect my identity.
These are classic scam tactics disguised as compliance procedures.
Avoid this exchanger. They manipulate users and behave in a completely dishonest way.

What does Administration of Global-Ex.cc have to do with this review?
I have already contacted administration of Paymarket and only got advice to inform the bank that I had used a cryptoexchanger. I can do it without contacting you and without your advice. I have already written about blocking card due to splitting payment and about ignoring my request via email untill this rewiew was written. All screenshots are saved and can be provided to the administration of the site. So what new assistance can you provide via this chat, except of informing bank myself?
I ask administration of the site not to remove this review. All proofs of splitted payment into 11 transactions, 10 and 486 roubles in the fewest and my attempt to contact the exchanger on the first day of blocking the card via paymarket online chat and email can be provided.

Funny thing is i asked why not do bigger amounts because this could trigger the block, they said to not worry but they could do it in larger amounts but they'll remove 7% of the original transfer amount. Absolute joke.

Please don't mislead users. You were warned before the exchange that we pay out funds through a payment system and ask you to confirm transfers with screenshots. You were then asked, "Have you received 5,050 rubles?" You said, "Yes, 5,050 have been received," and only then, 10 minutes later, you said no, you hadn't received them. Please be more careful in the future!

Froze transaction and do not want to return money.
Calming that AML blocked transaction. AML report shows Risky Asset Value 0 and Medium Level of Risk. So, AML has nothing to do with it.
Asked to send them Picture of Passport, make a Video Call and show them accessing my Crypto Valet. Just did not ask a PIN for my card...
Customer service would not cooperate.
