More-Ex exchanger

This is one of my worst cryptocurrency exchange experiences. It all started well at 11:00. I created a request, transferred crypto. At 12:00 (according to them) the crypto came to them, but as it turned out AML 77%, I became interested in how my AML can be 77%, I checked, my AML 50%. Then they asked to pass verification, video with a passport, etc., after I passed verification and sent all data to their mail, at 14:00 they said that they are making a refund, the manager "Sofia" turned out to be incompetent, when I asked about the refund, instead of the hash, she sent the address of my wallet on the blockchain and said that I can track the transaction with it (although according to the blockchain I see that there are no transfers from the wallet to which my funds were previously sent), I sent an example of what the hash should look like to the manager "Sofia", she apologized and sent a link to the same hash (which I sent, it was the hash of my transfer to their wallet), I wrote in the chat about this, they answered me that she clarified information and funds will be returned within 24 hours, my money was frozen for 24 hours, I spent 4 hours of my personal time and a lot of stress on all this, if you care about your mental health, then I strongly don't recommend making an exchange in this exchanger. Be careful!

BNB (Bep-20) -> T-Bank RUB. Total Order amount is 17970 RUB

I have transferred BNB to the specified wallet, it has been accepted.

The exchange operator has transferred the funds in 2 tranches. First one was sent correctly and landed on the specified bank account. The size was 5070 RUB.

However, the second tranche (12900 RUB) was sent to the INCORRECT bank (Sber Bank).

Unfortunately, that SberBank account is blocked (arrested), and funds can't be recovered from it. It has been the wrong account, that was never part of the service request, that the funds have been transferred to.

The exchange refuses to take responsibility for the mistake made, stating that the funds have been transferred on my name and their obligations are fulfilled. It is important to note, that no one has asked me before making the second transfer if it is correct to change the bank recepient, that is specified in the order!

A question to BestChange.com: is it rightfull to randomly send the funds in the wrong direction, causing the client to suffer, without even asking? Do i have to accept this as an unfortunate loss? What for do we enter the exact bank when creating an order, if the funds are sent randomly on any account possible?
