Our exchange is currently operating with **manual payment processing**, and there is **no payment module or automatic wallet integration** attached to this exchange direction.

Because of this, **our system does not generate or display any deposit wallet address or QR code** to customers. Therefore, the customer's statement that they transferred **700 USDT (TRC20)** to "our platform wallet" is technically impossible.

Previously, when we used an automated payment module, customers had to click the **"Make a Payment"** button, after which a unique wallet address and QR code were generated. At the same time, an automated email containing the payment address and payment instructions was sent to the customer.

That payment module has since been completely removed. As a result, no wallet address can be issued by our system, and no payment instruction email containing a deposit address can be sent.

Additionally, in the current manual setup, any user can click the **"Paid"** button without actually sending any funds. This action only changes the order status and **does not constitute proof of payment or confirmation that funds were received**.

If the customer insists that they received our deposit address and made a payment, we kindly request that they provide:
