After checking best rates on Bestchange, I found Ex-bank to exchange TON to USDP.
They accepted the order and got my TON cryptos.
Then I'm waiting my USDP since 17 hours and there is no answer at all on the chat neither by email.
It seems they disappear. Will they send those USDP?
Why they are still on Bestchange?

I do not recommend this "service" to anyone. The payment schedule is from 10 to 60 minutes, but I waited a lot longer, in the end they refused to exchange because my wallet did not match. I'm trying to get my money back, I lost a lot of time and money.
