i placed an order on the website to exchange usdt to rub on a sberbank card. Automatic payment processing does not work; after transferring usdt from my wallet to the specified details, the exchanger generated an auto payment error. The exchanger received the money, but i didnt.
The website says that support (operators) are online, although this is not the case. I have been waiting for an answer for more than 12 hours.
Only after 12 hours i received the money. Don't use this exchange, too slow!
