I've had a good experience with the exchanger. Exchanged XMR to Rub Sber. Funds arrived to the destination. Good exchange rate. No impossible ID check challenges.
Cons: The transaction took some time, about 20-30 minutes, the exchange sends the money only after 10 confirmations on the Monero network (some do it after 3-4 confs). There is no indication on the exchange website of the number of confirmations, but you can see it in your Monero client.
Another disadvantage is that the minimal transaction value is 5 XMR, which is significant.
However, the overall experience with the exchanger is positive, the the cons are minor.
