I was exchanging bitcoins to an Alfa-Bank card. For some reason, they transferred part of the amount (about half) to a Tinkoff card, which I have never used and don't even remember where it is. After that, they started giving me advice to call Tinkoff support and ask to transfer the money to Alfa. I didn't want to for a long time, but eventually, I called. As a result, my accounts and cards were blocked because they decided that fraudsters were asking me to transfer money to a 'safe account', even though I convinced the bank that it wasn't the case (I said that no one asked me, that I'm transferring to myself, just to Alfa and so on). In the end, the money is 'stuck', and they won't unblock my accounts and cards without a meeting with a T-Bank employee, but they have no employees in Crimea... Now I will have to wait until I am on the mainland. And these exchangers set the status of the application to 'completed' (although in fact, I didn't receive the money), and they continue to give their advice about new calls to the bank and closing the account. They are some kind of inadequate, in general.
