i’ve used this exchange several times and every single time it takes close to 72 hours with virtually no communications to get any exchange processed.
The last time they strung me along for 48 hours asking for more and more highly personal verification information and then ended up canceling the transaction—and stealing five percent of the total sum “for processing?

Im old age women (75 years old ) with help of my son.
Having *** I had the last savings which now I need for cure my disease.
I dont want to whom ask for help, but now Im broken by the service of ***. That seems to me that they have stolen my money. After 5 transactions I had 1400 usdt there and now they say because of AML we should close your account and
I dont have access to their web and to my walet there with all my money.
Id like to emphasize, I did all AML checks and verifications
and all is great, no problem there from AML side. Only because of this exchnger!
Now Im not sure what to do. Because they can process my last order with 344 $ but all my money I had before on the wallet on their web they say they wont return because of AML (to steal 1100 $!)
Please for Gods sake, help me somebody.

And to conclude, finally the pocketb has returned my money in hryvna with some fees they charged for their service which equal to my monthly pension...
So if you young and have nerves you can try to use this exchange. But I recommend (because of my bitter experience with them ) to start with small quantity and the most important, try to withdraw from their site first, or better dont use their wallets at all. Bless you all, and take care in this wild on some sides world.

I can show proofs for all transaction, and again I didn't send money to some random scammer, I refunded it to the sender, which should be them and they should be able to resend it normally. But it has been 2 weeks and I still don't have my money.
I should mention that I don't have problems with 3 out of 4 transactions. Only one for $250.

for those funds. The exchange has an awful service. Same time other exchanges are completing the

Now I have lost both my paypal account and my money.
