The last time they strung me along for 48 hours asking for more and more highly personal verification information and then ended up canceling the transaction—and stealing five percent of the total sum “for processing?

But I recommend (because of my bitter experience with them ) to start with small quantity and the most important, try to withdraw from their site first, or better dont use their wallets at all. I wanted to exchange 1000 USDT (TRC20) to paypal usd on September 3rd. And after 2 days they made 4 transactions to my paypal. 3 of them were normal as "Friends and Family", but one of them for $250 was for "Goods and Services", which I can't have on my account or I will have problems with my government. Then a message came that it was a mistake and they can resend it normally. So I refunded it (which is paypal's function to send money back to the sender) and payed $13.78 as a refund fee. Now it's September 18th and I still didn't get my money back. Their online chat every 3 days responds that it will take up to 2 days or it takes paypal to resolve it. But I returned their money to the sender, which should be them. I assume they provide services for paypal without having liquidity there, so they use 3rd party senders and one of them was a scammer.
I can show proofs for all transaction, and again I didn't send money to some random scammer, I refunded it to the sender, which should be them and they should be able to resend it normally. But it has been 2 weeks and I still don't have my money.
I should mention that I don't have problems with 3 out of 4 transactions. Only one for $250.

they told me the payment will be done by the end of the day. Today is 10th and the transaction is
not completed. They told me as an excuse the reason that they do not have funds and they are waiting

transactions immediately. I am adding this comment and I am informing in public that, if today

This is the worst service. At first they took the payment and told me to wait for 96 hours( yes you read it right). THen after 96 hrs they gave a lame excuse that they cant do it cause fault on my end whereas at the same time i was receiving and paying as usual on my paypal. AFter that for refund they made me wait for more than 24 hrs. Support is pathetic and makes you feel cheated.
