No one would send KYC verification documents to someone who doesn't have a public address on their website!!

I've started exchange of 1000 usdt to 6.019 Zec. I've sent coins on time, waited for the confirmations to go through. And after that i've seen the message that they can't transfer me coins right now due to high load and i have to wait a little bit. I waited for about 10 minutes and after that they processed the transfer, but they sent me only 5.66 Zec. Which is about 10% less than it should be. They are refusing to return me the rest of the money.

Do not use fox exchange. It is literally a scam. These people are con artists who will hold your coins hostage and demand you send them your passport to return them. Horrible support. These people will steal your coins. They do nothing but scam and rip people off. This isn't an exchange, it is a scam.

I was using Exodus Wallet, and exchanged LOOM for BTC. I did this a couple of times with no issues, small amounts, I then exchange 161,500 looms to 0.24BTC and it has been pending over 40 hours.
Bitcoin has dropped from $39,000 to $31,000 and Iíve lost 25% of my money. They are saying they want KYC and I never agreed to that and instructed them to terminate the transaction. Still no refund.
I am not sending KYC and they are holding my coins hostage.
Return my coins! Fox Exchange took advantage and is holding this hostage during major dumps, that were not even taking place when I started this process.

I had no problem with the exchange until I saw the final amount. They do not say anything about fees on the exchange page. Not a single word. My exchange amount should be 100.34185 USDT at the time of getting 5 confirmation according to their rate and rate shown on bestchange. But they sent 96.34185 USDT. Not happy at all. They made haste to claim that it wasn't theirs and they also asked my friend to check his system for malware. Fortunately for that friend, though after lots of complaints, 24bestex.com took a second look and discovered where the problem was coming from. The details of their investigation we do not have but my friend has now been funded.
I suggest you ask 24bestex.com how they uncovered the problem. The transaction ID is 55919
