Bitcoin has dropped from $39,000 to $31,000 and I’ve lost 25% of my money. They are saying they want KYC and I never agreed to that and instructed them to terminate the transaction. Still no refund.
I am not sending KYC and they are holding my coins hostage.
Return my coins! Fox Exchange took advantage and is holding this hostage during major dumps, that were not even taking place when I started this process.

Bottom line: time wasted, 660$ spent on the course and commission + 60$ i spent on the trip to take a photo. Also my deanomization. If you want to change funds, then definitely not here. The service is disgusting, the support does not answer questions, and if it does, then for a long time. They take money for themselves and do not return it only when sending passport data. This is extortion. I consider the exchange office a scam. Never use this exchange office. Hope they go broke!
I submitted my ID and proof of address and was told that it is was under review.
It has been almost a day and my problem is still pending.

The details of their investigation we do not have but my friend has now been funded.
I suggest you ask 24bestex.com how they uncovered the problem. The transaction ID is 55919

I think it is highly imperative that you also look inwards and be sure that you have no malware in your system or that one of more of your staff has not been compromised and now working against your organisation.
