Contacted them twice via online chat and once submitted ticket with my email. No messages, only promises, that it will be resolved and nothing done. Only promises and still message:

They made haste to claim that it wasn't theirs and they also asked my friend to check his system for malware. Fortunately for that friend, though after lots of complaints, 24bestex.com took a second look and discovered where the problem was coming from. The details of their investigation we do not have but my friend has now been funded.
I suggest you ask 24bestex.com how they uncovered the problem. The transaction ID is 55919
Please treat this matter with utmost good faith because this seems to be the new trend and if it persists, it will make us lose trust and faith in bestchange.@foxchange, Ochayi is my friend and I introduced him to bestchange. I think it is highly imperative that you also look inwards and be sure that you have no malware in your system or that one of more of your staff has not been compromised and now working against your organisation.
