Fraud alert!!! i did the transaction more than 6 hours ago. After transaction went to their wallet, they stopped the transaction and said:

"we need to talk to you!

we encountered some difficulties processing your transaction and need to get in touch with you to proceed."

I emailed them but no replies!! what a fraud exchange. Please return the money to my xrp wallet.

I wish i have read the earlier complaints about kyc before doing the transaction. I won't do any kyc, please exchange or refund!

There was an exchange for $500 - everything is fine. Now I sent $2700 BTC-ETH. When they received my transaction, they considered it suspicious. I wrote to support, only email and no live support, the answer was within an hour. I sent money as payment for services, they gave me 15 minutes, as you understand, I didn’t make the payment, the exchange is no longer relevant for me) They ask for a selfie with a passport (ID) and a piece of paper with the current date. Of course, I refused because I DON’T NEED the translation. They further say that they will not return my money until they receive the selfie.
Nothing is known about the company, they do not guarantee 100% protection of my data, I do not need an exchange anymore since I have already exchanged my funds with another exchanger. And they further say that there will be no refund until the photo is received) I do not recommend it, read the reviews on bittalk. Use it only if you have a lot of time and are not in a hurry with the transaction.

After my other email they found a date on the paper (I write date not like a small text, normal big words) next they again ask me for another photo of ID! Again they can hold my coins for 48h. Just a crazy.

When I made an apply I wasn’t even asked to enter my email , but when I transferred my money , the problems began. My operation was blocked and selfie and docs approval was required . Support answered very slowly. And it didn’t solve my issue. I wouldn’t recommend this exchanger to anyone. You can lose your money

And after that i've seen the message that they can't transfer me coins right now due to high load and i have to wait a little bit. I waited for about 10 minutes and after that they processed the transfer, but they sent me only 5.66 Zec. Which is about 10% less than it should be. They are refusing to return me the rest of the money.

I was using Exodus Wallet, and exchanged LOOM for BTC. I did this a couple of times with no issues, small amounts, I then exchange 161,500 looms to 0.24BTC and it has been pending over 40 hours.

Bitcoin has dropped from $39,000 to $31,000 and I’ve lost 25% of my money. They are saying they want KYC and I never agreed to that and instructed them to terminate the transaction. Still no refund.

I am not sending KYC and they are holding my coins hostage.

Return my coins! Fox Exchange took advantage and is holding this hostage during major dumps, that were not even taking place when I started this process.

@foxchange, Ochayi is my friend and I introduced him to bestchange. I think it is highly imperative that you also look inwards and be sure that you have no malware in your system or that one of more of your staff has not been compromised and now working against your organisation.

Just a few days ago a friend used 24bestex.com and had the exact/same issue. The wallet address was changed. Initially, 24bestex.com refuted that the wallet address the bitcoin was sent to. They made haste to claim that it wasn't theirs and they also asked my friend to check his system for malware. Fortunately for that friend, though after lots of complaints, 24bestex.com took a second look and discovered where the problem was coming from. The details of their investigation we do not have but my friend has now been funded.

I suggest you ask 24bestex.com how they uncovered the problem. The transaction ID is 55919

Bad experience with this exchanger. I have created eth to ltc order with fixed amount but they gave me some down amount. What is this man. Really bad experience.
