Fraud alert!!! i did the transaction more than 6 hours ago. After transaction went to their wallet, they stopped the transaction and said:

"we need to talk to you!

we encountered some difficulties processing your transaction and need to get in touch with you to proceed."

I emailed them but no replies!! what a fraud exchange. Please return the money to my xrp wallet.

I wish i have read the earlier complaints about kyc before doing the transaction. I won't do any kyc, please exchange or refund!

I feel lucky as I did not look at the feedback before I did my exchange, I changed doge for BTC and everything worked fine, I got my BTC in exchange. It took awhile for it to go through and approve but it did.

Был обмен на 500$ - все хорошо. Сейчас же отправил 2700$ BTC-ETH. Когда получили мою транзакцию они её сочли за подозрительную. Отписал в поддержку, только email и никакого live-support, ответ был через час. Отправлял деньги как оплату за услуги, мне дали 15 минут, как понимаете оплату я не сделал, обмен для меня более не актуален) Они просят селфи с паспортом (ID) и листочнк с текущей датой. Конечно я отказался т-к перевод мне НЕ НУЖЕН. Они далее говорят что не вернут мои деньги пока не получат селфи.
О компании ничего не известно, они не гарантируют 100% защиту моих данных, мне не нужен обмен более т-к я уже обменял свои средства у другого обменника. А они далее говорят что не будет возврата средств до получения фото) Не рекомендую, почитайте отзывы на битталке. Юзайте только если у Вас есть куча времени и Вы не спешите с транзакцией.

Without information who are you, where is your office, CEO and guarantee of security I will not able to send to you any type of documents because this is illegal request. They just TIME-WASTING! I have date on photo, normal quality. They just ignore) Now BTC price is 38000 I lose my money because this exchange just holding it! They have poor support and they don't answer.

UPD. I sent photo with good quality and date. They back me a answer:

Today's date is missing in the note and your government issued-ID is blurred, please upload a clear photo of your ID and the date on the selfie."

After my other email they found a date on the paper (I write date not like a small text, normal big words) next they again ask me for another photo of ID! Again they can hold my coins for 48h. Just a crazy.

When I made an apply I wasn’t even asked to enter my email , but when I transferred my money , the problems began. My operation was blocked and selfie and docs approval was required . Support answered very slowly. And it didn’t solve my issue. I wouldn’t recommend this exchanger to anyone. You can lose your money

So basically I had to upload my selfie with a passport. Otherwise they simply holding the coins. Mind you there is nothing wrong with a coins - they are from Wasabi Wallet.

I've started exchange of 1000 usdt to 6.019 Zec. I've sent coins on time, waited for the confirmations to go through. And after that i've seen the message that they can't transfer me coins right now due to high load and i have to wait a little bit. I waited for about 10 minutes and after that they processed the transfer, but they sent me only 5.66 Zec. Which is about 10% less than it should be. They are refusing to return me the rest of the money.

Do not use fox exchange. It is literally a scam. These people are con artists who will hold your coins hostage and demand you send them your passport to return them. Horrible support. These people will steal your coins. They do nothing but scam and rip people off. This isn't an exchange, it is a scam.

Remember: fox exchange is a bunch of crooks, thieves, and con artists. Do not fall into the same trap i did. Never use fox exchange.

I was using Exodus Wallet, and exchanged LOOM for BTC. I did this a couple of times with no issues, small amounts, I then exchange 161,500 looms to 0.24BTC and it has been pending over 40 hours.

Bitcoin has dropped from $39,000 to $31,000 and I’ve lost 25% of my money. They are saying they want KYC and I never agreed to that and instructed them to terminate the transaction. Still no refund.

I am not sending KYC and they are holding my coins hostage.

Return my coins! Fox Exchange took advantage and is holding this hostage during major dumps, that were not even taking place when I started this process.

Bottom line: time wasted, 660$ spent on the course and commission + 60$ i spent on the trip to take a photo. Also my deanomization. If you want to change funds, then definitely not here. The service is disgusting, the support does not answer questions, and if it does, then for a long time. They take money for themselves and do not return it only when sending passport data. This is extortion. I consider the exchange office a scam. Never use this exchange office. Hope they go broke!

I was trading on Zengo and my funds were being held for (Pending ID Check) by fox.exchange.
I submitted my ID and proof of address and was told that it is was under review.
It has been almost a day and my problem is still pending.
I am very worried as it is almost 10k being held .
