I am not making any claims that need resolving (because it may be hidden somewhere in your terms & conditions, which is why I did not mark my comment as "negative") - I just want to point out to the public that the actual rate I got was about 0.3-0.4 percent lower (which is rather much, in my opinion, given the fees in the LTC and USDT networks) than the estimated amount I was expected to receive (indicated on the transaction page before I made the transfer). You either use floating rates (which makes no sense for your customers, the rate must be frozen, it is obvious), or you have some hidden fees (which is also unacceptable). The order ID is b438a9eaf3cac27938cf2c2ac310a2ae8f5ef7fb3f89121eb49e937d014780fa, by the way.

I have done several transactions successfully the past few days with them. Earlier today, I increased the coins I am exchanging and suddenly they are asking for mandatory "KYC". The mining fee can’t be included in the rate since it’s being changed constantly due to network load.
None of the exchanges are including the mining fee in their rates for this reason.
In case you’ll find some exchanges that do include it so beware of their own fee which is probably significantly higher.

When we agreed on a rate as of when you received the coin, the rate is supposed to be locked in and processed at that rate and not wait until it goes down and just immediately i received the payment.

I sent you at the agreed rate and you received my coin at the agreed rate; but yours was different. Why? I don't think you have anything to explain on that. Am impressed with bestchange, they are doing a nice Job to cub scammers and false claim. but you found your way to the top by sending a different rate just to get to the top of their monitor.
When I see you guys there i wont bother at all.....There are other honest exchangers on the list, at least they give what was agreed.

Why do not you warn users that the transfer rate does not include commission?

They sent me an e-mail telling that they are planning to add an option for the user to select the desired fee. The transaction was completed after 40+ blocks. Also i received an e-mail explaining that at that moment the BTC network received a huge load of transaction, thus the fee wans't enough for the transaction to be confirmed at the 1st block. The transaction was made, it just took too much time for the confirmation.
