You are supposed to send the USDT funds to our deposit address 0x2186286d17b70d466ebe75d44510bcf43b93ca1b
As I can see you sent the funds to your ETH receive address 0xaa2bcb2dedb789e7ebeb3fa4caefd146b75f2b00 specified in your order ID: ekustiRnbX1w
There is no need to worry as the address is yours and you will be able to see and use the USDT balance in your wallet.
If you need further assistance please contact our support team, our team is available 24/7 to assist you!
Fortunately they do refund money if you insist on it. In my case they sent me back almost the whole amount of money I sent to them (0.8$ less)

As I can see our support team has already contacted and we haven't received any reply from you. Please check your inbox/spam folder. Your order was stopped by our system at the Sending process to protect your funds as there is an issue with your BTC address.
Your funds were already exchanged for BTC just seconds after your deposit arrived but we were waiting for an alternative BTC address.

As I can see your order is already Complete!
Our verification system is clearly stated in our AML policy which you accept prior to placing a transaction. Furthermore, we never lock the funds of users, we just perform KYC in some cases as we are obliged to do so since the new regulations. I really hope your overall experience turned into a positive one though as your order is now complete and you also received 150 more USDT than originally estimated.
It would be highly appreciated if you could at least update your review on the matter!

Exchange failed to complete, the website is saying "A validated account is required to process your order.".
I made an account, logged in. Inside the account there are no exchanges.
