Issue has been fully resolved
I've been waiting two days for my 1900 USDT and apparently no one is going to send it. Constant requests to "wait", bestchange is inactive and explains that bestchange is just monitoring exchangers. That is, there is no security in choosing an exchanger through this service.

After 2 days, i have not even received an exact time frame for receiving payment. Your exchange service is constantly shifting responsibility for my money to third parties (in your case it is a payment provider). There is absolutely no specificity in the words of your manager in the chat on the site. Perhaps i will get this money in a week, perhaps in a year. At the same time i urgently need this money, this money should go to pay off my credit debts and every day i owe more and more by 2%. It's been two days and now i owe 4% more (which is already $76). The further it goes, the worse it gets. I was originally supposed to get 1900 usdt, now you have lowered my rate and made me pay more interest on the loan. Now i need 1976 usdt, and tomorrow another 38 usdt more. Are you willing to cover my losses?

I still haven't received the money, I'm disappointed in BestChange that they recommend such bad exchange services.
