I am surprised that nothing has ever gone wrong with these guys so far, the transactions are quick and its easy to use their environment.
Before them I was using other services and was running into problems quite often so I am glad I fount them.
I definitelly recommend them!

It's clearly stated in our terms of service that we are not able to accept customers from your country if residence. Given this we refunded the amount immediatelly back to your address. Please note that EasyBit does not keep any fees for this action and is provided for free as part of our customer service. The fee you are talking about is the network fee required by our wallet provider in order to make the transfer and pay for the blockchain fees. You can check the network fee for each coin in our exchange form. Finally, I believe that the review is not representative of your experience and it would be highly appreciated if you could at least update it.

We are just not legally enabled to operate in certain jurisdictions worldwide and we do inform the users about restrictions in our Customer Acceptance Policy which is clearly stated in our Terms which each customer accepts prior to placing an order with our service, including you.
My colleagues already mentioned that you received less the network fee of the refund transfer and that we keep no fees for it.

Please note that the rate in our exchange form is floating and is not fixed which means that is the amount you would receive at the moment you see the rates. The final amount will slightly differ from the initially estimated amount based on the market volatily during the time required for your transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain and you will either receive slightly more or less.
In your case you received less as you placed your transaction at: 15 Nov 2022, 18:10 UTC and your transaction was confirmed at: 15 Nov 2022, 18:32 UTC

If you check the price of BTC dropped during that period and that is why you received less. In case the price of BTC went up you would have receive more than what initially estimated.

Your order was stopped by our system at the Sending process to protect your funds as there is an issue with your BTC address.
Your funds were already exchanged for BTC just seconds after your deposit arrived but we were waiting for an alternative BTC address after you provide your new BTC address we will immediately process your order!

As I was informed by the team there was no error in the verification procedure. This issue was from your end as you were trying again and again to verify your account using an expired document. After our support team reached out and informed to you about it, you used another non expired document your account was Validated and your order was processed.
Furthermore, as I was informed our team upgraded your account to Level 5 as a compensation so I hope that your experience could be turned into a positive one.
Before they was a good service. Now, very bad services provided by them!

Your order was triggered as high-risk by our AML and Risk Management System, so a verification was requested.
According to our systems performing the verification, you provided documents that do not belong to you, used different documents, from different geographic locations and there was a clear mismatch between the selfies and photos of the said documents.
Accordingly, the case was forwarded to our Compliance team for manual review and to ascertain if this was indeed the case, and they ensured the above.
Therefore the verification was rejected, and the deposited amount was refunded back to you.

As we can see checking your order, the exchange of your funds was completed in just 2 minutes after your deposit arrived! After an exchange is completed, our system immediately forwards the funds to the recipient address the user indicated.
The sending process on the other hand is not controlled by us and the time needed for it is associated with the different wallet providers and blockchain networks. For instance, the SOL network was congested at the time of your order as we got informed by our wallet provider.
In every case, we do our best with all the things we can actually control to keep everyone satisfied and we hope your overall experience remains a positive one!

The support was quick to help me understand how this issue could be resolved for me with the retrieval of the funds and even though the mistake was my own they offered to mediate in the retrieval procedure to and do it on my behalf to reduce my hustle. This was offered for free as part of their customer care.
I am seriously speechless, not only i was the one making the mistake in the first place, but they helped me by putting extra work into their team and without any charge! the best customer care i have ever come across by far!
