Automatically changed the exchange rate and it hurt me and deposited less bitcoin

The floating rate might change slightly from the one shown when placing your order and that change may be either on the positive or on the negative side. This is the case for any crypto exchange platform that offers float rates.
Also be aware that our team has developed a Volatility Protection Mode, which makes you immune to negative volatility. If during a transaction, rates drop more than the percentage you indicated, VPM will automatically trigger, abort the exchange, and refund you.

You hold the transfer until the rate changes in your favor. Your Volatility Protection Mode is a big lie. Interestingly, all new comments complain about this. This shows that this is your policy

Faster than any other swap exchange I've used. Usually, my transactions take a few minutes compared to longer times in other exchanges I have used.
