We regret that you have encountered this situation. However, we would like to clarify that the address to which the transfer was made—as mentioned in your review—is neither our service's address nor the one provided to the client as part of the transaction request.
We provided the client with the correct payment details for the transfer. The change of the recipient's address during the fund-sending process occurred outside of our service; therefore, there are no grounds to consider this an error on our part.
We are prepared to provide confirmation of the address issued for the request and compare it with the address to which the funds were actually sent.
While we do not rule out the possibility that technical issues with the client's device or software may have been the cause, it would be inappropriate to determine the specific reason without the relevant data.
We ask that you consider the actual circumstances: the funds were not sent to our service's address, but to a different address that we had not provided to the client.
