Its my second time to exchange from xchange (this exchanger) same thing, its not instant i paid PM for dogecoin, when contact with live support they said within 5 minutes i'll receive to my wallet but after 15 minute then 30 minutes its not yet in the wallet. when contact support again they said sent but not yet in wallet...
it takes 35/40 minutes to done. be aware of time

Guys be careful with this exchange office, i was change 3000 russian ruble it was 50 $ but when i chanced guys quickly drop the price and take from me 95 $. I write them and guys told me was have to look carefully we can not make anything. Yeah my mistake trust them because i was exchange a lot from them but now i m never ever use this exchange. In best change your price is 254 000 ruble but in the your official site price is 522 000 ruble and i m exchange direct from the your site not from the bestchange. When creating request there is write you ll give ... btc and recieve 3000 ruble, yeah my mistake is make a lot exchange from your site and dont make control amount for the i m trust your site. Your experts dont help about nothing.
