When creating a financial claim, please make sure that the exchange regulations specified on the website Sawgus have been violated and that you haven't received funds for the order. Please note that the claim may be turned down in the following cases:
Be sure to indicate the exchange order number. It will help the Sawgus administrator resolve the problem more quickly. If you didn't like the Sawgus's service and want to write about it, use the Comment review type. |

However, this exchanger went even further. They changed the amount of tokens to be received after the order had already been created. As a result, instead of 18.77 tokens, I received only 18.43.
At the same time, for all new orders they continue to display the same rate at which I originally created my order. This appears to be a classic rate manipulation scheme — previously such discrepancies occurred due to inattention at the order stage, but in this case the terms were altered after the order had already been finalized.
I respectfully request that the BestChange administration investigate this matter. This situation goes beyond minor discrepancies and raises serious concerns. It is unclear how users are expected to protect themselves from such practices when the terms are changed after the rate has been verified and the order has been completed.

Thank you for your feedback.
You contacted us via live chat and we provided a full breakdown of your order processing timeline.
Your order was created at 15:34:45 (UTC+3). The transaction was detected on our server at 15:36:55 (UTC+3). It received necessary network confirmations at 15:43:48 (UTC+3). After confirmations were completed, the AML check was conducted and the funds were credited to us. Our automated trading system placed a limit order at 15:44:45 (UTC+3) and it was fully executed (100% fill) at 15:45:09 (UTC+3). The entire process — confirmations, compliance checks, and trade execution — occurred within this clearly defined timeframe.
According to the terms displayed on the order creation page, these conditions are visible before an order is confirmed.
Rate change <= 0.1% -> Original rate is applied (Fixed).
Rate change > 0.1% -> Rate is recalculated downward, with up to 0.5% commission applied to mitigate operational risks and ensure service stability.
During the blockchain confirmation period, the market moved beyond the 0.1% threshold. As a result, the recalculation mechanism was triggered automatically and applied strictly in accordance with our stated policy.
We have shared the detailed execution log with you, we cannot publicly disclose detailed order data.
You contacted us approximately 30 minutes after execution. We respect your concerns; however, our terms are transparent and consistently applied to all users. The chart clearly shows the market price at the time of order creation and at the moment of execution. We do not display artificial or “pseudo” favorable rates, nor do we alter terms after an order is finalized.
We are a for-profit exchange service with clearly defined risk limits. The level of volatility we can absorb is fixed and clearly outlined in our terms. We do not control market fluctuations, and the final amount reflected real market conditions at the time your transaction was confirmed and executed.
We are also fully transparent about our fees, charges, and exchange rates. That is precisely why, instead of delaying or avoiding clarification, we promptly shared with you an independently verifiable price chart as well as the direct execution log for your order. Our goal is to provide clear, documented proof of how and when your transaction was processed.
Kind regards,
The Sawgus Digital LLC Team

Please intervene in this absurd situation. The exchanger’s explanations are simply unreasonable.
When I exchange tokens for USDT, it is understandable that the final USD amount may change if the token price fluctuates during the transaction process. However, in the opposite scenario — when I create an order to purchase tokens at a fixed rate — I have never once (in more than a hundred exchanges) received a different amount than what was specified in the order.
In all previous cases, once the purchase amount was fixed in the order, the exact number of tokens stated in the application was always delivered.

Thank you for your follow-up.
We would like to clarify your current position. In your recent comment, you are effectively requesting a fixed exchange rate. However, our service operates under a floating rate model. This is clearly indicated by the necessary tags on BestChange, where our exchange direction is marked as a floating rate service. In addition, on the exchange direction page itself, we explicitly state that the rate is fixed only within a specific deviation threshold of 0.1%, after which recalculation may occur in accordance with market movement.
By creating the order, you confirmed your agreement with these terms.
You mentioned that in more than one hundred exchanges you never received a different amount than what was specified in the order. However, during our live chat conversation, you stated that this situation had happened to you before and that, in those cases, other services provided you with the additional amount matching original order creation rate. We cannot comment on the policies or discretionary decisions of other platforms. Each service operates under its own rules and rate model. Our terms are clearly stated and publicly available.
To ensure transparency, we have already provided you with the full order execution log, precise timestamps of each stage of processing, and an independently verifiable market price chart corresponding exactly to the execution time. These records confirm that your order was processed strictly in accordance with our floating rate policy and the market price at the moment of execution.
Based on the above, we have fulfilled our obligations in full and do not have any financial liability toward you in this matter.
Kind regards,
The Sawgus Digital LLC Team
