I am a user of cryptocurrency exchange services through your partners listed on BestChange, but today I feel extremely disappointed after encountering what appears to be a blatant scam. After I transferred Bitcoin worth more than $100 to their wallet address and the transaction was successfully confirmed, they delayed sending the USDT TRC20 refund to me, claiming that because I had selected the “Free” service, I would have to wait 48 hours. However, they subsequently removed the status information from the confirmation link showing that I had exchanged funds through their service:

Most of them have been excellent and have always handled any issues or concerns as quickly as possible. They never resorted to misleading customers with a so-called “free” service only to leave a transaction pending for two days.

I will continue to support you and the friendly partners working on your platform. However, today I honestly regret getting involved in what I believe was an incredibly deceptive setup.

Of course, what they are doing has caused me considerable inconvenience, and I will gather all the relevant evidence and take the appropriate steps to hold them accountable for their actions.

For an exchange of 0.1 ETH at the rate of 1 ETH = 1926.6912 USDT, the calculation is as follows:

0.1 x 1926.6912 = 192.66912 USDT

When creating the exchange order, you selected the Recommended tariff with a 5 USDT fee. Therefore, the fee is deducted from the calculated amount:

192.66912 – 5 = 187.66912 USDT

After rounding, the final amount is 187.6691 USDT.

In other words, the exchange rate did not change. 1926.6912 USDT is the rate for 1 ETH, while 187.6691 USDT is the amount you would receive for 0.1 ETH after deducting the 5 USDT fee associated with the tariff you selected.

Please also note that you did not complete the exchange and did not send the funds, so no actual exchange was made under this order. The final amount, including the selected fee, was shown to you in advance when the order was created.

Therefore, 187.6691 USDT is the correct calculated amount, not a changed exchange rate. The exchange rate was 1926.6912 USDT per 1 ETH, and the difference in the final amount was solely due to the 5 USDT fee you selected.

The money arrived only after I posted a complaint. The administration of the exchanger alwaysmoney.org misleads users and delays transfers for several hours without explaining the reasons, even though the required number of confirmations had already been reached on the network. An operator from the exchanger named Sofia also contacted me and was rude to me. I strongly advise users to avoid this exchanger.
