Finally, after 3 days they contacted me and completed the order. So I haven't lost my money, but that was worst exchange experience possible.

Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
I've made an order #117840 on 14th of November, tranfered funds on a given address but nothing happend since. I've never recieved any informational e-mail. I emailed two complain letters to support@makoli.com but both of them were ignored. Seems like exchanger doesn't even work but create orders.
