It used to be an amazing exchange, but now it's not. I don't think that it is scam, because I have exchange large amounts in past with them, but since they are from Ukraine (as displayed on your site) maybe they don't have access to the Internet or something even worse.
I hope they will return and everything will be fine, but until then you should delist this site.
