The user sent TON coin both times, not USDT-TON.
First transaction:
The user selected USDT-TON on our website, but actually sent TON coin.
This TON coin never arrived in our wallet.
At that time, we assumed it was a USDT-TON issue and, as a goodwill gesture, we covered the loss ourselves and paid the user in EUR, even though we did not receive any funds.
Second transaction:
The user again selected USDT-TON, but once more sent TON coin instead of USDT-TON.
This transaction also did not arrive in our wallet and therefore could not be credited.
Our wallet provider (WestWallet) confirmed that manual crediting is only possible for transactions above $50, which does not apply here.
In both cases, the issue was caused by sending the wrong currency, and the funds were never received by us.
Despite already suffering a loss in the first case, we are now facing an unfair negative review.

We would like to clearly address the statement that any information was “hidden” from the user.
No information was hidden at any stage of the exchange process.
On the payment page, before sending funds, the user was clearly shown the following warnings:
“Send only Tether TON (USDT) to this address. Sending any other cryptocurrency will lead to its loss.”
“Address and Memo/Tag must be used together to ensure successful crypto transfers.”
These warnings were displayed prominently above the address and QR code and were fully visible before the transaction was made.
Screenshots confirming this are attached.
Despite these clear notices, the user sent TON coin (Toncoin) instead of USDT on the TON network (USDT-TON) — twice.
Therefore:
The network was not the issue
The problem was sending a different currency
This information was clearly communicated in advance
We also note that in the first order, although the funds were not usable, we still compensated the user from our own balance as a goodwill gesture, which resulted in a direct loss for our exchange.
For these reasons, the claim that we misled the user or hid information is factually incorrect.

In this case, the user sent TON coin (Toncoin) instead of USDT-TON.
Because the currency was different, the system could not detect or complete the order.
If the funds had been sent correctly, the exchange would have been completed automatically.

The issue was caused by sending the wrong currency, not by our service.
Our system works fully automatically. If USDT on the TON network (USDT-TON) is sent correctly, the order is completed automatically.
In both cases, TON coin (Toncoin) was sent instead of USDT-TON. Because the currency was incorrect, the system could not detect or complete the order.
This information and warning were clearly displayed on the payment page before the transfer.
For these reasons, we respectfully believe this review is incorrect and should be removed.

We would like to inform you that you previously sent funds to a network that is not supported by the exchange service. On that occasion, taking the circumstances into account and as a gesture of customer-oriented goodwill, the exchange refunded the funds at its own expense, despite having no technical obligation to do so.
