Made a BTC to P24 UAH, they made me wait 24hrs after BTC was sent out and confirmed in 45 mins. And on top of the wait the very unapologetic customer service made no effort to close my order I made another complaint and they go ahead to recount my order at a much lower rate because the rates have changed and now it is all my fault that they ran out of reserve yesterday.. Disappointed !!!
