The funds were successfully sent via interbank transfer. The delay was due to the transaction occurring on a weekend, which the client was notified of in advance when submitting the application. The rules state that processing times may be extended on holidays and weekends.
The exchange service fulfilled all obligations in full, and the payment was made in accordance with the exchange direction regulations.
If necessary, we are happy to provide a bank receipt confirming the transfer of funds.
We also ask that clients refrain from using offensive language towards the service. We always strictly adhere to established rules and bank regulations, which, unfortunately, are beyond our control.

I created an order with the exchanger at 13:27 on Friday, but they did not complete the transaction within the promised time frame (8 hours). At 23:27, I submitted a refund request.
A few minutes later, I received an automatic reply stating that support would respond during business hours. According to their website, business hours are 10:00–23:00 on weekdays and 11:00–21:00 on weekends.
I received no response on Saturday or Sunday and reasonably assumed that my order had been stopped, as communication was usually smooth before. However, the exchanger completed the transaction on Sunday, sending the funds to a PayPal account to which I no longer have access to funds, meaning I cannot use the money.
The exchange was executed after the time limit had expired, my refund request was ignored, and as a result, I lost 1155 USDT.
I kindly request a full refund of the amount.

Please note the following:
Responsibility for using third-party or inaccessible account details lies entirely with the customer, in accordance with the service rules.
The customer contacted our support chat outside of business hours without providing the order number or email address. As a result, we were unable to identify which order the message referred to or which client should be contacted.
The customer did not follow up via chat or email during business hours and did not inform us that the order was no longer relevant or should be cancelled. Without proper identification, we could not stop or refund the order.
Delays on PayPal’s side may occur and are beyond our service’s control.
We would also like to clarify that, according to our service rules, any changes to the order can only be made via email, and only from the email address specified by the customer in the order.
If the customer no longer has access to the PayPal account specified in the order, they may provide official confirmation of this. We are willing to review the case individually and submit a refund request to PayPal, but this does not guarantee the return of funds.
At this time, the order is considered successfully completed.
