I have requested an exchange on 07.04.2024, it lasted more than hour and I didn't get the peyment, support asked to wait more since it is a long exchange and it may take up to 4 hours, I waited, but almost 3 days have already passed and I still haven't received my funds. Then support asked me to send them video where I should show transactions history strating from 07.04.2024, I shared them this video, they are not solving my problem at all.
I called my bank for help but they requested MT103, I asked Digichanger support to provide this document confirming money transfer. Afterwards they again asked to wait for a this document, they didn't provide anything untill today, only thing they tell me is to wait!
Please make a refund! Since it is not little amount!
