If it is the first time you use the card, you will receive a call from Indacoin with a 4-digit code, which should be entered on your order page, sometimes you also have to do a small video verification. The limits of the transactions depend on the country where the bank card was issued. The second transaction available after 4 days of the initial purchase and third one after 8 days of the first buy. Our fee is 9-12%, the minimum is $3. When you place an order, you can see the amount of the fees included in the crypto amount to be received in the calculator on our site, and you agree with it by submitting the order. First XRP have been deposited into your Indacoin account as per your order and then you asked to send your funds to another wallet address. There is a blockchain fee as well for transfering from one wallet to another. From our end 23.95 XRP have been sent out, you received 17.52 XRP, the rest went for the fee for the exchange partner HitBTC, thus we didn't remove 7 XRP.

IndaCoin did the payment and verification process for me when I bought coins over at Changelly. The process was very smooth. Even though the UI told me that I had to verify using video only to speed it up it still made me a bit anxious (not having my passport with me at the time).
At that point I reached out to their support and they yet again assured me that I wouldn't need my passport. They also told me I was actually verified already.
