If it is the first time you use the card, you will receive a call from Indacoin with a 4-digit code, which should be entered on your order page, sometimes you also have to do a small video verification. The limits of the transactions depend on the country where the bank card was issued. The second transaction available after 4 days of the initial purchase and third one after 8 days of the first buy. Another point is that BTC price depends on the orders from our users on the trading platform. Since we have more buyers than sellers, the price is a bit high too. And finally, we face a lot of fraudulent activity here, so due to high risks of selling BTC with bank cards, we have to uplift the price a bit. All these factors cause the price to be such high.

I used changelly.com platform to purchase some crypto that went through indacoin exchange. The platform is very simple to use and straight forward to make a transaction. Customer service are quick to respond and fees are reasonable. The only thing is the transaction takes from 10-20 minutes to send to wallet.

Indacoin is one of the fastest way to get your exchange done. The support is also very helpful and they help out politely. I just wish they improve the exchange rate is a bit too high at the moment. I will definitely continue using Indacoin I just hope for better and competitive USD/BTC exchange rate.

Sometimes I need to send money to my family in Khazakhstan and Kirgizia, and it is really hard to do that from US. But with this service, I found the solution. I use Indacoin for a long time and still had no problems, although I had really hard times with my first transaction. I tried to verify my card several times, but failed every time because of my own silliness =))) And finally it ended up by several hours delay due to some Blockchain issue. Anyway, the verification appeared to be needed only for my first transaction, so all my further orders have been completed almost instantly. The prices are high, but it seems there is no way to buy BTC for a cheaper price with a credit card.

If I could rate Indacoin a zero star I would, they are a SCAM. They are not 15 mins. They are 8hrs from my experience as a new user. Slow response from support, didn't notify why my video verification upload didn't work, took hours on support with slow replies. Plus, I had to try my credit card multiple times and in doing so, the price I thought I had original secured had changed drastically, costing me another 40% so in the end, I got bitcoin slower than any other service, and at twice the cost. What a shitty lesson learned, at least you can only waste $100 with them as a first time user. NEVER WOULD I USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. Horrific.

I used for the first time today and i must say it is speedy! Verification was done instantly via phone call, live chat too! it was smooth! I v used other services in the past and it took 24-48hrs for first time verification. And to get bitcoins, you first convert to another currency and then to another currency before getting your bitcoins, money is lost in the process. IndaCoin is different as a first time user!
