100% SCAM EXCHANGER

I made 2 PerfectMoney payment of 14,378.16 USD to this exchanger to exchange to USDT but they are telling me that only one payment received and will not proceed with it until they received the other one. They are refusing to send me screen shot of their PM account history.

Not good exchange. Order is not instantly as once you order, they need to place trade at counterparty one by one. If you have large order, I don't think you can get your stocks soonest. 2nd issue: my received qty is not same as the agreed qty. As claimed, they said it is withdrawal fee by counterparty.

This site is bad and they have a bad support live online.Please be careful I made a transfer from my address bitcoin to this site then I ask them to transfer this money to wire ,then they told me they cannot and so we will refund you your money .Now I have 15 days .15 messages and mails without answers the site is scam and bluff and rogue I am very tired with themI regretted so much in dealing with them

qcashpay.com change they fee to higher fee after customer make order and have send e-currency on exchange orders.
Don't believe fee showed on their website or you will get losses because they offhanded to force you with higher fee or refund with your looses with e-currency transfer fee.
