Nevertheless, it's automatically exchanger surely. It's not enough funds now to complete the transaction you ordered. Please, take attention there is balance limit for exchange, it's written in upper right corner of the page in red table. You should not start an exchange, if it's not enough funds at balance, or you should wait. What exactly happened with you. Now you are in waiting process.
Why you don't write to support? You don't know how to work with exchanger. Please, write to support.

You are very funny Admin. I am an exchanger too so I know what is expected of an auto exchange system. You need to make your system perfect, its not close to that for now or you intentionally made it to keep customers' funds for you while you leave them stranded until they will come here to report you. Your system does shows warning if the amount entered is higher than the reserved amount so why blaming your customer ?
