The worst experience that I had in exchanging.
I transferred some perfect money for bitcoin. it took 5 hours for me. I contacted them several times and no answer.
and 5 hours later they pay me less than what I ordered , claiming the we didn't receive your perfect money until now and we pay by the rate bitcoin have now which of course was less. (by the way do they pay me more if bitcoin price went down? i don't think so)
