I made exchange request of $2470.52 okpay to btc-e code (1= 0.9878 rate )
I asked him before do exchange, and they confirm exchange rate.
After my payment, they asked me several questions why you do this exchange, why you don't deposit direct to btc-e.com
I told them because I need to avoid money hold time of btc-e.com if I deposit using any USD method, and can provide screen shot for my okpay account and whatever you want.
After few minutes they canceled my exchange and returned my okpay without okpay fee I have paid. and then rate become higher.
Total is loss of money ($2.99) and time.
I know that I loss small amount but there is no reason to loss it and I have the right to return this small amount.
I have proof of chat if admin not confirm my words.
