Watch out: safecurrency.com is the successor of bigoption.com, which has closed. The managers went away with all the deposited money of clients (probably millions of $'s) . It is a total scam. Now they opened again with the name safecurrency.com. Does someone know if the responsible persons were arrested or they hiding in Cyprus? A person named Dan called me today opening an account (they operate probably with fake names to hide former connections to bigoption.com).

I tried to make a bitcoin purchase of 1000 eur with sepa from my uk bank, and they asked for video verification immediately.
I went through the video verification process and then they asked me to share the screen with them which i did not approve.
It is unethical to ask for screensharing and see inside a private computer, something a serious company would never do. I offered to assist them with any document but they insisted they wanted to get in my computer through zoom.
So after they wasted my time for 3 days, they decided to give me my money back, i am waiting for that refund now.
Stay away from these, they do not know what they are doing!
