I must to provide my other bank account details via Email, but i can not to send new emails from there. Its a privacy email for income mails only.

1. Live videos that proof my transfers
2. Many screenshots from bank, apps, support chats etc..
3. Bank statements that shows the transfer were complete
4. Kyc (passport and selfie with my documents)
5. Another bank account details for refund my money
and i still waiting your reply.... Stop mark this claim as "solved", it's not. I still don't recieve my money after more than a 2 months....

I contacted your support 4 times from 1 September and ask them any news. They did NOT provide me any information, IGNORE me and i still waiting reply. NO answer. They no ask me for anything else, just told to wait...
I will control this claim every hour and will renew until i will recieve my money back. I'm so tired... More than 3 months...

A week ago, I informed your support team that Quppy Bank was blocked by Wise (my bank) and the transaction was not completed. I will no longer try to prove my case in vain. It is your responsibility to deal with Quppy and find out where the ˆ4,000 is, because this is a shady company.
As soon as you check and verify personally that the money has NOT reached me, tell your support manager to contact me on Telegram (he has my contact details), and I will send you a crypto wallet for the refund. Then we can end this.

According to the information provided by the exchanger, the bank has returned the funds you sent to the sender’s account details. At this time, the exchange service has confirmation that the funds have not been received on their side.
