I sent USDT to the address provided. The transaction is confirmed, but I have not received the exchange or a response. The day has passed, and I still haven't received a response or the exchange.

I completed the exchange and sent the required funds, but the exchanger never sent my payout. I have not received my money, and the exchange service has failed to resolve the issue.

I placed an order and paid for it immediately. 30 minutes passed, and the service never confirmed the payment. The order was deleted. I tried to contact support, but they did not respond. On the website, working hours are listed as 10:00-23:00, with no information about the time zone. There's no indication that orders aren't processed outside support hours. In 8 hours they replied that my transaction receive AML status and I need to send a request on their email to get my funds back. 10 hours passes, no response. I reach out to them and they say "sorry, we missed your request". Finally, I got my funds back. They need to communicate clearly their business hours and approximate time for the transactions to occur.

Easy and straightforward process. Operator contacted me in a few minutes after I made USDT transfer. I got my money within a couple of hours which was totall acceptable for me. No issues along the way.

Support isn't answering me; I made the transfer three hours ago, but no one has contacted me, and the funds haven't been received.
