I requested a refund and submitted the refund request as instructed. They assured me that "we will issue you a full refund within 12 hours." However, I still had not received the refund by June 7, so I filed a Financial Claim on this platform.
In response to my claim, they made the following statements:
* "The issue is that due to the new regulations a lot of transfers fall under AML review."
* "We will process a refund with compensation for the time you have been waiting."
* "The owner of the Exchange service is aware of your case, if the payment won't go through by the morning, he will send the funds personally tomorrow."
Based on these assurances, I withdrew my complaint.
On June 9, they stated:
> "We are experiencing an issue with your Bybit account being locked. We have requested verification and expect the account to be unlocked within 12 hours, at which point we will transfer the funds to you, including compensation."
On June 10, they stated:
> "They should be unblocked today."
On June 12, they stated:
> "They promised to resolve the issue within 72 hours, but time and again they ask for additional documents, because the funds from our company came from a Russian wallet that was sanctioned just 4–5 days ago as part of the latest sanctions package."
As of today (June 19), I have still not received either the exchanged funds or a refund. Meanwhile, they continue to operate on this platform and attract new customers by offering highly attractive exchange rates.

We would like to assure you that all evidence of our innocence has already been attached to your case. We are doing everything we can to unblock your funds and return them to you as soon as possible, or to process the exchange as originally planned.
Thank you for your patience and trust. We are continuing to work on resolving your issue and will keep you informed of any developments.

If your account is never unlocked, does that mean I will never receive my refund?
I do not believe I have done anything wrong, and I should not be forced to bear any financial loss because of the dispute between you and Bybit.
Please provide me with a firm deadline by which my refund will be issued.

Application ¹***
I sent 3985 USDT (Tether TRC20) for a withdrawal to Wise EUR (I was supposed to receive 3499.5951 EUR).
Before the transaction, support told me everything was fine and the payout would be completed within 5 hours. After I sent the funds, they changed the time to 12 hours. Later they started mentioning “high workload”.
More than 24 hours have passed since the status changed, but the money has not arrived. When I asked them to return the funds back to the same TRC20 address I sent from, instead of a refund they demanded that I send an official refund request from email to their mail.
I explained that I only have a temporary email for receiving messages, but they continue to stall and make excuses, clearly unwilling to return the money.
They reply very rarely, but not completely ignoring me.
I have all the proofs: screenshots of the entire conversation, status updates, and transaction confirmations.
I am honestly surprised that such an exchanger is still listed on BestChange. I have always exchanged here before without any problems. Unfortunately, there are *** everywhere.
I ask the BestChange administration to intervene and help resolve this situation with the return of my funds.
I expect a full refund of 3985 USDT.

My exchange has been stuck for a full week already with no movement.
Especially the last 3 days the exchanger has been constantly feeding me empty promises in the chat:
"120 minutes and we will return the funds"
"documents sent, waiting for a reply"
"maximum by Monday"
Today they are ignoring me again — zero progress and no real answers.
The amount is significant and I urgently need these funds.
I ask the BestChange administration to immediately intervene and force the exchanger to either complete the exchange or refund the full amount back to my wallet.
I am ready to provide all screenshots of the correspondence and transaction details.
Please resolve this situation as soon as possible.

The refund has been processed.

I am closing the claim. I have no further issues with the exchanger.
Thank you.

Several days have now passed and the funds have never arrived. I have not received the EUR I was owed, and I have not received any refund of my USDT either.
Every time I contact support I only get excuses and no concrete answers. On 03.07 they told me the request was "in the queue" and payment was expected within 48 hours. After the 48 hours passed with no payment, on 04.07 they said the "banking details have been frozen" and that they would send the funds "in the near future". Since then I have repeatedly asked for a specific date and time, or simply for my money to be returned, and I get no clear response at all. They reply very rarely and only with new excuses.
I have all the proof: the order confirmation showing the paid status, the full support conversation, and the transaction details.
At this point I have lost trust in this exchanger. I ask the BestChange administration to intervene and help resolve this situation. I expect either the completion of my payout of 1502.73 EUR as agreed, or a full refund of my 1708.251195 USDT to the same TRC20 address I sent from.

On top of that, the payment reference/description was different from what had been agreed beforehand, which created additional concerns and inconvenience.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this exchange service.
