I requested a usdt to RUB SBP transfer at 15:57. They were silent until 22:00. 6 hours. I wrote to them asking when they will start. They started promising that they are about to start and are very busy. I waited until 00:00 for 8 hours, but the payments never started. They all promised to wait. According to their statements, they work around the clock. As of 04:00, 12 hours have passed and there is not a single payment. I strongly do not recommend this service.

9:00 they never made a withdrawal of funds. All evening and all night they promised that they would start and they never started the conclusions. It was a lie. Requested a refund.

I exchanged USDT for EUR via SEPA transfer through this service. The payment was completed more than 24 hours later, which is extremely slow for this type of transaction.
On top of that, the payment reference/description was different from what had been agreed beforehand, which created additional concerns and inconvenience.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this exchange service.
