When we explained the above to inicex.com and provided evidence, including screenshots of replies from Perfect Money technical support, we received neither counterarguments nor any clarifications. Vice versa, inicex.com refused to continue the dialogue.
In accordance with the above-mentioned, we have to pronounce inicex.com fraudulent and ask the victims to report it to the police, as well as to all the relevant authorities. We are also going to report this website as fraudulent to all the services that fight against fraudulent websites.

We initiated a transfer from a different account amounting to USD144k and our account was locked. We were requested to open a new account and on USD97k was transferred claiming the rate was at 35%. But according to Bestchange the rate was never below 5%. We do have proof of transfers but being constantly declined of the refund. Now we were able to retrieve the old account but the history was wiped. Hoping this will be sorted soon, official complain has been sent to Bestchange and PerfectMoney.

I still have screenshot of balance of my previous account which was at 144k. And today we were able to login to our old account. And yet we are unable to see our history.
