I deposit BTC into my account and because it was not confirmed it was
showing as transaction pending. After long hours before it was

Yes, read this, but there have no info info about exchange from account balance. and, i was also submit new order but this order history also deleted. And after submit new order operation again told me to send my exchange amount to you. there have no option to exchange from account balance.
