Never Use This Exchange—Total Waste of Time!
I wanted to exchange euro cash for USDT, so I submitted a request and started chatting with their support to clarify the details. During the conversation, I found out that the exchange had no intention of honoring the terms stated in the request. Instead of a fair exchange rate, they proposed a ridiculous "1 to 1" exchange plus a commission! They even claimed that the commission was already included in the final amount. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable! Don’t waste your time with this exchange—you’ll just end up frustrated.

Exchanged usdt to wmz .I paid about 1 hours ago still they didn't complete my order i asked the support agent he said my usdt not received i send him all of proofs now he said that (no info yet .lets see ..)

For some reason, with a negative balance of PM, 2 applications for the exchange of usdt for PM worked. In one case, I returned 1000 according to the request back to the account specified by the client, in the second case I transferred 865 PM, and sent the rest 155 usdt to the account from which the transfer came. I did not open the client's letter and did not see that another account was indicated there. I can attach screenshots of correspondence and translation.
