After F-Change completed the transaction and the recipient received the money in their account, they receiving a phone call from a number alleging that the transaction was fraudulent and demanding the money be returned.
F-Change support insists that we should ignore this person and that the transaction was legitimate, however they have been persistent and have now harassed the recipient by phone, WhatsApp and Telegram.
I am fairly certain that this person is a scammer, because if they can prove the transaction is fraudulent they should contact their bank rather than harass the recipient.
What I don't know is how they could have gotten the transaction details and the recipients contact information.
It leaves me uncertain of the privacy and legitimacy of this exchange.
I would like to keep using this exchange because my usual experiences have been positive, but this transaction has left a sour taste in my mouth and feels unresolved for as long as the recipient continues to be harassed.

I placed an order and waited for a very long time! After 4–5 hours, the money finally arrived on my card and the order was completed. But then the sender filed a chargeback request, accusing me of fraud, and as a result, my card was blocked for investigation!
